Restore Files

Is there a way to restore the files that Power CMS Builder Creates without overwriting any of the config or recreating the database?

I have a problem with my install and wonder whether new Power CMS Files might solve it.

the power cms files are located in the users configuration folder. See the common installation issues pdf for details on locating the uses configuration folder:

common_installation_issues.pdf

once you locate the configuration folder, browse to:
configuration/shared/webassist/powercms/cms

this is where the power cms files are.

You could create a new site in a new folder and run CMS Builder and copy the files that are created.

As long as you don't overwrite the /Connections/ folder it won't run the installer, or get them from the location Jason points out.
