File management not working

Installed PowerCMS builder into a site. Worked great, added pages and moved content from regular site into CMS. Moved images into the /files/images directory. Made sure directory was rwx. Used CMS builder to set directory. Got this message:

error: could not create directory "/data/12/0/85/145/...etc.../.files-sqlite-pdo"
please make sure that /data.....etc.... is writable by the server

I did, and it is writable. Screen caps attached, check yelo hilights. How can I fix this???

The error is saying to make sure the "user/921485" folder has write permissions enabled, the folder you highlighted in your screen shoot is the "files" folder.

double check the permissions for the "user/921485" folder being reported in the error.

Where is the path set?

go to WebAssist -> Forms -> HTML Editor -> Site Settings to change the File Manger Upload Directory

When I do this, I get error message "These settings are managed through your website admin area. Please log into your website admin to make changes." Any suggestions? File manager not working and followed this link

It sounds like you have powerCMS installed. That means that your upload directory is controlled from your admin control panel.

If you post your FTP information and a url into the private area in a reply I can take a look and figure out what is causing your issue.
