Returns

What is the protocol to handle returns?

If a customer returns something which in our case could be the right to represent someone in an upcoming event what do I do?
In Update Orders I don't see any way to logically handle returns.

Just a bit confused.

returns are not handled through power store, they are handled through your gateway.

your gateway will have a section of your account to view orders that have come through, and process returns.

OK

But if Mister X spends $1000.00 for something than returns it how do I modify that information within PS so that it doesn't pollute the data in the revenue chart and elsewhere?

Again, a bit confused.

you would need to delete the record for the returned item directly in power store ps4_orderdetails table of the database.
