ps4.5 error creating database

ps4.5 error creating database

Error creating database - Yet the database is there.

When I run the wizard, I fill out the database information.
It then runs and then comes back with an error in the wizard saying that database was not created.

Error at ... I forget the line. I've tried it 3 times with the same result.

Yet, when I open MySQL, the database is there.

If I move on to next step, the login page just sits there with a white screen and nothing happens...

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.

ERROR: Database could not be created.
Out of range value for column 'RateWeight' at row 1

We reduced the number of digits in the rate weight and it seems to have resolved the problem.
