HTML 3 and EI9 Issues

When and will there be an update on HTML 3´s CKEditor anytime soon, cos the version in HTML 3 don´t have support for IE9. Atm i had overwritten the old CKE folder in the HTML 3 folder with the latest CKEditor from CKEedits homepage to get it to work with IE9, even more importent is that IE9 is due to release at march 14.
Kinda wierd in the users eyes that they need to be in compabilty mode for edit and then not when returning to the site, cos the CMS edit layer is all over the page in compability mode. And that the CKEditor not showing its buttons etc etc when not in compabilty mode.
:S

Same thing in/with CMS Builder and Power CMS.

Ckeditor have released a new version that supports IE9:
