CMS Builder MySQL Connection

Hi, I am new to CMS so sorry if this is rookie question, but i am trying to establish an SQL connection, i have setup the database on the server but i cannot find the correct connection information for my server?

does anyone know where i can find the information in CPanel to connect to my database through CMS Builder, i have the username and password and database name but nothing is working?

I am very frustrated at the lack of instruction that comes with cms
