FB 2.0 Error when editing FB created form

FB v2.0
When editing a form created with Form Builder, I now get two errors upon clicking "finish" in the interface:

1) Error generating form: TypeError: this.themeArray has no properties

followed by

2) While executing timer in WA_SiteToolsPprogress.htm, the follwoing JavaScript error(s) occurred: At line 217 of the file "Macintosh HD:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Floaters:WA_Progress:WA_ProcessignOjbect.js""wa-generate.themeArray has no properties

I have already reinstalled FB 2.0, implemented the .js fix from the Known Issues and deleted the .dat file and restarted DW but the error persists.
