Universal Email Sends Empty Fields

Hey guys.

I am having a problem with UE4.

I have an online shop and in the past after a client finished his/her purchase UE would
send me the order details. Every thing was working perfectly until about a week ago.

What happens now is that certain fields like the address or contact number or both
are suddenly empty. I have sent with a jpg image showing what I mean and also the
confirm.php page and checkout.php page.

On my checkout.php page I inserted spry objects for the text boxes so that it forces a customer to fill in the fields that are needed by us. What I now notice is that when a visitor to the site goes on the checkout page and fills in his/her detail and goes to the confirm.php page it informs the fisitor that a field is empty. But when they pres Back from the confirm.php page to the checkout.php page they can remove their info but the spry object doesn't notify that the fields are empty.

Ok. the first part is the most important but any help on the spry subject will also be welcom.

send a copy of the webassist/email/waue_confirm_1.php file and the webassist/email/templates folder so i can see how the email is set up.

if you could also send a link where i could see the problem that would be helpful.
