Possible bug - image icons not showing Chrome

In my file manager I can upload images, but the thumbnails are not displayed in the file manager when using Google Chrome. This problem does not occur in IE or Firefox. I've not tried it in Opera or Safari yet.

Also the layout of the image pop-up is messed up in Firefox and Chrome. The browse server button isn't aligned and the file field appears to be longer than it should be as there is a border that cuts off before the end of it.

I am not able to reproduce either of these issues using Fire Fox, Chrome, Safari, IE 8, or IE 7. on both a Macintosh system and on Windows 7.

Strange - maybe it was a glitch on my PC then?? If it works for everyone else I guess it must be. Thanks for the reply Jason.
