deleting images issue

Hi Folks,

When I try to delete an image, it shows the lightbox "delete this image" box and when I click the delete button, it produces a popup box that just says failed.

Once you click OK on the popup box and If you then refresh the gallery it has in fact deleted the image and it disappears.

Can you help me resolve the popup box that says "failed" issue?

Ive attached a screenshot for you showing the error.

Permissions on the images folder are spot on as well

Cheers

Paul

in the admin_gallery/js/manageimages.js file, delete lines 180 - 182:

else {
alert('failed');
}

Hi Jason,
That has certainly stopped the "failed" popup message, however all it does now is sit at the delete / cancel lightbox page without returning to the gallery.
The image deletes but in order for it to disappear, you have to press the cancel button on the lightbox cancel / delete page and refresh the manage images page.

I need this to work as it has in other galleries when you just press the delete buttn.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hmmm, instead of deleting that code completly, change:
alert('failed');

to:
window.location.reload();
