File permissions - diagnostic

I have my /CMS/ permissions set to 755, but I'm still not passing the diagnostic test.

Please advise...

I have exhausted ALL avenues with hosting support (for 3 days). They have finally redirected me to WA for specifics from the Diagnostic failure. All seems to be in order on their end (but who knows).

Interestingly, I have PowerCMS working successfully on 2 other domains hosted with them. Each one required their tech support's assistance. However, the former trouble ticket records haven't proven helpful this time.

Was there recently an updated version of PowerCMS released that would indicate any differences from past download that I've used?

I've already lossed 3 days and I have more domains piling up that I'd like to use PowerCMS on (been a faithful WA user, customer for several years). Please advise as soon as possible, much thanks... Erica

you have the power cms files in the root of your site. So the root folder of your site:
design.quaysolutions.net/

needs to allow for read and write permissions.
