Dreamweaver Tools for Google Activation

I am unable to activate the copy of Dreamweaver Tools for Google.
I was already given an issue ticket and webassist tech support sent me an e-mail with a license file but activation still does not work. Continues to tell me there is a firewall problem. I work behind a proxy and desktop firewall, anti-virus are turned off for installation/activation but same error message continues. Anyone know the instructions on how to use the license file that was sent to me?

Please respond to the support ticket with this new information so we can look into the problem further, include your phone number and a good time to contact you, we will need to look into the problem with you over the phone.

activation cannot be completed error 0

i need activate and receive this error , activation cannot be completed error 0
