Ecart5 missing steps for tax rules and email receipts

Hi there,
I've just purchased eCart5 as my client wants to switch from paypal standard to paypal pro - given the changes with the api details paypal now requires, I thought this was a sensible option. I've just trying to rebuild my checkout pages with the checkout wizard. However it skips from the 'will you supply shipping' page to the style pages without offering me the option to customise my tax rules or the email receipt. Any ideas?
The other problem I'm having is dreamweaver keeps crashing when I run the wizard - I've got it to function a couple of times, don't know if its something to do with my setup as this is a new machine (so its got plenty of memory) with windows 7 installed and Dreamweaver CS3.
Any help gratefully received.

the option to configure the tax rules will be be skipped if tax has already been set up.

If you already have a tax rule, the wizard will not repeat that step.

Do you have either Universal Email or CSS Form Builder 2 installed? you will need to have one of these programs installed and choose a local checkout gateway option for the email receipt options to display in the wizard.

Ahh ok - I obviously haven't installed universal email on my new machine - duh! However I do want to modify the tax rule to separate the tax out for different countries. Is this something I do from the ecart object panel of the checkout wizard?

Yes, you would modify the tax rule in the eCart object panel.
