Facebook integration with Power CMS

Hi,

I like the look of the new social media toolkit extension, quick question though; Can users use their facebook login to log into Power CMS to add comments???

they could add comments to a page that was driven by Power CMS, but the comments will not be stored in power CMS itself.

in other words, on the page that you output the power CMS content (the page you put the power cms developer code on) you could add the social media toolkit to allow users to leave comments.

Thanks Jason.

I've been playing around with the new extension a bit and so far it's great. I have another question in relation to Twitter.

When you share your page on Twitter it simply shortens the URL and then the user can type their own tweet before the shortened link. Is there a simple way I could specify a pre-determined message before the link? If not, then I think that would be a good addition to the next release of the extension (yes I know you only released v1 today - lol I'm eager for my clients to integrate with social networks).

Hey Ian,

you can try adding this parameter to the a tag for twitter:

&text=your text here

Brilliant Dani, that worked perfectly. I was hoping it was going to be a simple URL parameter addition.
