Error with custom made template

Hi

I am trying to do a custom template to use with the cms functionality in siteSculptor. I did the template together with a menu that I've customized for my own need. Creating the template seems to go fine, but when I want to use it, it turns out wrong.

On the content page there are no menu's present. Even though I have set them in when creating the template. Also I find it frustrating that I have to add one menu for the home page and another one for the content page. I only want to use a universal menu for all pages. I have tried to solve this by assigning the same menu for both home and content.

One more thing that gets lost when creating a template in Sitesculptor is that the image resize code that I've but in the template seem to be lost.

I've exported the template out as a zipfile. Here you have the link viktualia.zip. I couldn't attach it since size is larger than maximum size allowed.
