kfm message in HTML Editor 3

after having uninstalled HTML Editor 2 and installed version 3, when I try to go to my file editor I get:

alert("MDB2 Error: no such table\nSELECT extension, plugin FROM kfm_plugin_extensions WHERE user_id=1")

This message appears in the same window which formerly said: databes tables updated, please reload page.

I need to mention that this is an existing project with a formerly working HTML Editor 2!

when you update a page to use HTML Editor 3, you will need to delete the all of the kfm_ tables from the database to recreate them.

updating tables

thank you for this answer. WIll the newly created tables be completely blank or will they find the files which are already there?

It will find and recreate the files the first time you open the editor.
