Please help!!!

I have searched this forum for an answer about the problem with universal email and ecart 5, but so far I have not been able to find the solution for the type of error or perhaps a bug that ecart 5 has. Every time I tried to set up a check out page through the checkout wizard, the server behavior for the Universal Email does not get added to my confirm.php. Any one has encounter this problem? I am running SNOW LEOPARD, CS5, FORMBUILDER 2.0, and ECART5.

What version of eCart you have installed. Make sure to download the latest version of eCart from your download center.

I am using CS5 and snow leopard

CART 5.0.3 and form builder do not get along. I received Technical Support Ticket # 123375

Thanks for your quick response. Will I be able to talk to someone over the phone? I replied to your ticket that I could be reached today, 11:30 am or any time today, but I am still waiting on that phone call. I am in Los Angeles.

Yes, a member of the engineering team will call you to resolve the issue. I cant say if they will call today or not. If you have left your number, they will call as soon as they are able.
