how to add hidden date (cart summary to database)

Hi,

I want to add hidden purchase date in cart summary while inserting data into database, please help me how to add this stuff(php code)


I need some additional information rather than simple Php's getdate function, I am not able to add code which enable to store purchase date into database

in the database add a new date column, set the default value for the new column to CURRENT_TIMESTAMP


this will add the current date automatically.
