Dreamweaver Pop-up Error Messages

When I open Dreamweaver and when I try to open PS3 files or upload them I keep getting these weird pop up error messages.

The following translators were not loaded due to errors:
WA eCart CFRepeat.html: has configured information that is invalid.
WA_Forms.htm: has configuration information that is invalid.
ICERegions, htm: has configuration information that is invalid.

AND this one

While executing onLoad in Design Notes_onOpen.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

In file “Design Notes_onOpen”:
onOpen is not defined

I removed and reinstalled the eCart extension, but that didn't help. I've attached screenshots of the error messages.

go to window -> Workspace layouts -> Reset '< your layout name>'

then delete the Dreamweaver cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf
