ecart checkout

Is there a way to checkout without using one of the gateway options listed? Currently the client is notified of a transaction which is waiting for him to fulfill housed at an admin account. He currently has a merchant account through B of A and prefers to hand process orders. When he gets in an order he takes the credit card billing and shipping information furnished by the client ans processes the payments himself. The client would really prefer to continue operating in the same fashion. I want to thank you again for your help! I think we are really close to finishing up.

the best option would be for the store owner to call the customer to get the credit card information and process the order through the bank.
