Update then Insert

Hi,

I am building a form and need it to first update information in table A and then I need it to insert a new record into table B. Can these two actions be applied to the same form?

Thanks,

Garry

yes, just make sure that the update record behavior does not redirect to another page.

Is there a way to update/change a session variable during the same update?

you would need to hand code the change of the session variable, but it is certainly possible if you are familiar with php coding.
