Shift in layout

I finally have the mail layout I want to use. (See attachment) When I re-enter the form to configure the Mail parameters the entire layout shifts and the float on the rt side is pushed below the form and well, I've tried everything I can think of to re-adjust the form but, nothing works. What am I doing wrong?

Alter layout results when I simply enter the universal mail smtp info (Attachment Altered Layout after config). And, when re-entering the Universal mail a second time I got another error message. (See attachment 2). Look I'm may not be the brightest light but, this mail bundle is very unstable. I solve one issue and before you know it another pops up. I could use some guidance.
I tested it out on the local server and low and behold, a layout mess ensued. (Attachment Sent Letter mess)

for the error message, i am attaching an updated copy of the documetencoding.js file, copy it to the shared/webassist directory in the users configuration folder. For help locating the configuration folder, see the Common Installation Issue PDF:

you will also need to delete the cache file.

For the layout issue, please post a link where i can see the issue, to tell how to fix it, most likely the forms width is greater than the container element, but if I can see the problem in the browser, i can tell you how to fix it.
