Free Shipping in PS4

I am using PS4.1, CS3, eCART 5

I need step by step directions on how to set up a Free Shipping Option in PS4 for all Orders totaling $150 and above.

Currently using USPS if that matters.

I would also like to know if it would be possible to tie the Free Shipping Option to a Coupon in PS4.1.

If it is possible, how? Please include step by step instructions.

No, it is not possible to tie the free shipping to a coupon code.

to offer free shipping based on the cart toal, you would need to edit the usps shipping rule in the cart object.

You would need to add a trigger:
Subtotal For the entire cart contents.
If the subtotal for the entire cart is '<' '150'

this way the shipping rue will only apply the cart total is less than 150.
