Recordset only pulling first record

Hello,
I have created a Recordset that I have set on a repeat region of our cart. *On the repeat region, it is pulling the individual records, however, when you add to cart, it is only adding the item listed first in the Recordset e.g. I want to purchase a valentine cupcake, there are 3 options, I choose option 2 or 3 and the cart adds option 1, which is the first record in the Recordset. You can see the issue at [ (only on the valentine cupcake section at the top)

Any feedback would be appreciated!
Thanks. Jackie
