Dynamic sort will not work

When I create a flash chart to only show certain things from the data base it will not show up. When you are given the option to decide how you want to filter and sort I choose my settings but when I go back in to edit or even view the chart the settings are missing. Any reason why?

It is in the set up process that this is happening. Please see attached images. I go in to make my changes to the graph data. I do this in the filtering and sorting area and select to have it sort by a certain process. But when I post it or go back into it it shows me that there is nothing there. The link to this page is secure. But if I need to I can make it on a page that is not secure for testing purposes.

are you editing the settings or adding a new chart?

To edit, click the chart placeholder in design view, then click the edit button in the property inspector.

If the process you are already using, can you provide some more details like your version of Dreamweaver, and your OS?

I am editing the settings. They seem to be gone when I go back in. I am using Dreamweaver CS4 and OS is Windows 7. I create a new graph and then set if up to filter the way I need and then when I preview it doesn't show up. So then I go into edit the settings by clicking the edit button and then the settings are gone. ???

Is there a way to fix this. I have re installed and even uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing seems to make a difference.
