MySQL Error - please help

I am pretty new to MYSQL and need some help setting up Security Assist - I installed everything following the directions given from WebAssist but when I try to test anything on the registration page I get this error -

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Name, Last Name, Company, Title, Email, Phone, Password) VALUES (NULL, NULL, NUL' at line 1

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance

the error is caused by using column names in the user table that contain spaces like "First Name" and "Last Name"

spaces should be avoided in data base column names, i would recommend using the camelCase naming convention for your column names like: "firstName" and "lastName"
