drop down menu selection not included

I am doing a form, and it has 3 drop down menu selections that can be made, but the information is never included in the email. It just is blank. When I build what gets attached in the email I am including the drop down menus but they always show up blank.

the form can be found at registration.php
thanks,
tren

the WA_UniversalEmail folder that you attached is from Universal Email 3, Universal Email 4 creates the supporting files in the webassist/email folder. I need to have this folder to see how the email message is configured please.

first, in the registration form, you have named the division select lists with a space in the name:
<select name="Division 1" id="Division1">

spaces are not allowed in form element names:
<select name="Division1" id="Division1">

same issue is present for the Devision2, Devision3 and AproxWeight fields.

second, lines 54 - 64 of the waue_registration1_php.php file:

php:
$MailBody = $MailBody . "Division 1:";

$MailBody = $MailBody .  ((isset($_FILES["Division1"]))?$_FILES["Division1"][""]:"");
$MailBody = $MailBody . "<br>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . "Division 2:";
$MailBody = $MailBody .  ((isset($_FILES["Division"]))?$_FILES["Division"][""]:"");
$MailBody = $MailBody . "<br>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . "Division 3:";
$MailBody = $MailBody .  ((isset($_FILES["Division"]))?$_FILES["Division"][""]:"");
$MailBody = $MailBody . "</p>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . "<p>Approx Weight:";
$MailBody = $MailBody .  ((isset($_FILES["Approx"]))?$_FILES["Approx"][""]:"");

should be edited to:

php:
$MailBody = $MailBody . "Division 1:";

$MailBody = $MailBody .  ((isset($_POST["Division1"]))?$_POST["Division1"]:"");
$MailBody = $MailBody . "<br>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . "Division 2:";
$MailBody = $MailBody .  ((isset($_POST["Division2"]))?$_POST["Division2"]:"");
$MailBody = $MailBody . "<br>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . "Division 3:";
$MailBody = $MailBody .  ((isset($_POST["Division"]))?$_POST["Division3"]:"");
$MailBody = $MailBody . "</p>\r\n";
$MailBody = $MailBody . "<p>Approx Weight:";
$MailBody = $MailBody .  ((isset($_POST["ApproxWeight"]))?$_POST["Approx"]:"");
