eCart 5 Browser Code

I am having a problem with my browser code in eCart 5. Currently, I am working on a website in Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 and I have to add a shopping cart. However, when I went to test the web page, the eCart code was listed in the header on the browser view. Is there a way to avoid having the extension code listed in the browser view? Any advice would be appreciated.

Most likely, your hosting account does not offer support for PHP. If the hosting account does not support PHP, there will be no application server in place to process the php code. Make sure that the eCart code is added to a page ending with the .php extension and that the hosting account you are using supports php/
