How do I get the form to send me information?

How do I get a form to return the results to my email address? I've searched the User Guide and all the other documentation I can find but that bit of information is nowhere to be found.

If you are using Form Builder 2, go to the Form Functions tab and check the option to send the form contents in an emai.

Mis-communication

When I try to use the Form Functions tab I get the following error messages when I try to save the changes:
#1... In file "WA_SiteTools_Progress": refreshUI is not defined
#2... While executing onClick in WAFB_AddForm.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred: At line 4179 of file "Macintosh HD:Appications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Shared:WebAssist:FormBuilder:shared.JS": MM.WA_createProcessingObject is not a function
