CMS contents go behind and below the footer

Hi,
I have a problem when updating some contents when I enter a lot of information.
The contents will go behind the footer and they will continue even below the footer.
My footer is an include file (php)
Basically what I need is when I apply more contents when using Power CMS, the footer to move down at the same time and as a result all contents will be above the footer .
Please advice.

can you send a link to a problem page? It could be a css issue, but it's impossible to tell without seeing it.

in the main content table cell, you have constrained the height to 489px:
<td width="637" height="489" align="left" valign="top" class="main-content">

this is causing the footer to move up the page.
