Email settings do not hold

having problems just adding a simple form to a simple php page in dreamweaver CS5. the settings in the form function part of the wizard do not stay as inputed.. you can write them into the wizard and save them and then reopen the wizard again and they will not be there. have tried it many times.

This may be a bug when updating from a previous version? Did you use a previous version of UE and update it on this page?

If you include a copy of the email code I can look and see if I can spot the problem. It could be an issue with the include path.

It could be the dash in the page body template page.

Try renaming the file:
webassist/email/waue_references_-_Copy_1.php

and name it something without a dash... then update the reference to it on this page as well and see if that makes it start working correctly.
