Error on submit of UEmail form from website

Getting this UEmail error when submitting form from website:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE, expecting T_STRING or T_VARIABLE or T_NUM_STRING in /home/content/j/c/a/jca4019/html/WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_SupporterRegistration_1.php on line 25

the error is occurring in the WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_SupporterRegistration_1.php file, please send a copy of that foe so i can see the code.

the error is in the attachments code.

It looks like you are using Universal Email 3. in UE3, you need to use Digital File Pro to upload the file in order to attach it, see the "Sending Email Attachments with Digital File Pro and Universal Email " tutorial in the archived documentation section of the Universal Email support page:

Upgraded to UEmail 4; attachment not sending

The upgraded version works fine except the attachment is not going through. The host provider has sent emails with attachments, as have I, using my computer's email client, and both receive ok.

I'm using the UEMail 'submitted files: files' checkbox.

files cannot upload to the server to be attached to the email unless the forms encoding type is set to multipart/form-data:

<form action="<?php echo $editFormAction; ?>" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data" name="form2" id="form2">
