question about to and from in "send email settings"

first thanks for responding to my question from yesterday about progoogle maps.. now i am working with CSS form builder. trying to figure out what to fill into the TO and FROM boxes in the SEND EMAIL SETTINGS part of the form builder wizard.. In the PDF 'getting started guide' it imples (to me) that TO uses the email supplied by the user filling in the form; HOWEVER, the online video on this site implies that the TO box should be filled in with MY own email address....

the question is what to use in both the TO and FROM boxes for email address? thanks VERY much....

the TO address is the email address that the email will be sent to.

there is no one correct answer for what you should use here, it depends on what you are using the form for.

Do you want the email to be set to you? Then use your email address in the to field.

Do you want the email to be sent to person filling out the form? Then bind the to address to the email address form element.

same with the from address. Where do you want the email to come form? The person filling out the form? or you?
