Internal error installing Update 5.03

Hello,
I want to install the upgrade to 5.03 (on Mac OSX 10.6.5 / MBP), but I get an Internal Error from the Adobe Extension Manager CS5 Version 5.0.0.298. Then I deleted the old 5.02 and try to install again - with the same error :-(
How can I fix this issue? Any ideas?

thanks

Erich

I'm having the same issue with ecart 5.03 in WinXP DM CS5. I also deleted the ecart 5.02 and installed 5.03 with the same error message. Need help!

I am also getting an internal error message!
I tried re-installing 5.02, but same error message - now I have no eCart and 2 shops to build!!

I'm using Dreamweaver CS3 / Mac OS 10.6.5.

Please help!

Sounds like the Dreamweaver Users configuration folder has become corrupted.

see the Common installation issue document:
common_installation_issues.pdf

for details on locating the configuration folder.

once located, rename it to configuration_bak. This will bring Dreamweaver back to a freshly installed state.

When you load the extension manager, you installed extensions will be disabled. you can remove them and then reinstall them.
