RE: Powerstore4 product item not deleting

Hello,

A product was created , then shortly after deleted. The product deleted and was removed from the store front, but the admin still shows the product listed amongst its products in the product list page ( products_results.php?Search=0 )

The product has all information removed and the image that displays is a white background w/red X icon. The controls for the product :
SKU:
Stock:
Price: $0.00
Update -- No function does not go to another page
Delete -- asks to delete > hit delete button > product does not delete
Charts -- goes to chart page with no data
View in Store -- goest to store view and shows "no product found"
Manage Inventory -- brings up add an option page ( options_add.php?ProductID= )

Question is how can this be deleted from store and how can it be prevented from occuring again?

look in the PowerStore database, in the ps4_products table. It sounds like the product record was left behind but the ID and other info was cleared. Look for a record in the Products table with no ID.


I'm not really sure how that could happen, unless maybe it was a product with Advanced Options? And the options where not removed?
