After installation of Power Store 4 to the web server, I am unable to proceed to step 2 (activation code). I have no problems with my testing server. I had to abort the initial installation to the web server and had to start again so am wondering if that is the cause of my problem. I have tried resetting activation and re-installing without success.

I just got the same problem. The installation process halted because the activation key was refused. I renewed it with no success. I can't proceed with the installation.

jmgo, I cleared all of the activation for your serial from our database. Please see if that helps the issue.

Bill, You say you cant get to step 2? Does it just show a blank page? if so, try adding the following code at line 1 of install/2.php:

this will return any php errors that are occurring so we can troubleshoot.
