Client log in problem

Client log in problem

I have a client who cannot login to the cms. I can log in with her ID and password no problem so this points me to a browser issue. I've asked her to check her cookie settings and also asked for the browser and version number. She's not yet got back to me but are there any known browser issues I need to be aware of. It's not a problem I've come across before with either version so I know this isn't a product issue in itself.

I'd be grateful for any info from anyone that's come across this before - this part has always been the least of my problems!

The login is done through session variables. When a session is started, a cookie will be stored on the clients computer with the session ID.

I would suspect that her browser has cookies turned off, or turned off for that domain.

Have them try a different browser.

Thanks Jason. Yes that was the issue.
