Script Error

Script Error

After installing the extension and activating it when trying to insert a menu a get the following message: (see attached file). I am using DW CS5 on a Windows XP platform and have done what says in "simple instructions on deleting the .dat file. I have tried on two different Computers, at my home and at my office with the same result.

I am a beginner so please step by step instructions on how to solve this.


I will really appreciate your help.

What version of CSS Menu Writer do you have installed? can you send a screen shot of the extension manager showing the version number?

Same issue as opened in support May 28, 2010

Greetings. I am having the same exact issue and opened a similar ticket back in May. I updated to this new version hoping the problem has been solved, but it has not. Thanks.

In your site definition, on the servers section, make sure there is a testing server set.

if you only have a remote server setup, you can check the testing server box as well to have it used for both.
