Check Out button on Check Out page

Hi, how would I get the check out button on the checkout.php page to redirect to a different page when clicked? I can't seem to find this in the code on the checkout page or in one of the server behaviors.

The redirect page is probably set either in the local checkout server behavior or the store cart details in database server behavior... maybe do a find/replace for the current page it is going to... it should be on the page somewhere.
