Does not show eCart objects on CS3 PC version

I successfully created one eCart Object, but now it does NOT show the object, also the Add button no longer works. All else works, for example it does show the eCart Object when "add to cart button" is used.

Dreamweaver version CS3, with latest eCart. On Windows XP with ALL service packs.

Thanks in advance for your support.

BTW: How do I get a refund, since I cannot get this product to work in Windows nor MAC.
