Display Mananger locks up Dreamweaver

Any time I press the Display Manager icon, Dreamweaver locks up (dies). It displays the page, it stays on "Please wait, generating preview." I have left it for a long time, it does not come out of it. Tried it many times...

On MAC version CS4 with all updates. Note: Works fine in PC CS3 version.

I have tried the following:

Reinstall Dreamweaver CS4, download and install ALL updates for CS4
Reinstall eCart latest version.

Note: eCart object works, Add cart button works, access to PHP server works. All else works.

Thanks in advance for your support.
