Persistent errors with menu updates

I'm getting persistent errors when trying to update menus in a Site Sculptor defined site. I can no longer load different menu presets and get the two errors attached. My Webassist tools panel is also empty ( have just entered new serial numbers after the end of the subscription program - no other changes - is this related?). DW CS4, Win7 system. Thanks, Matthew.

Found it - it's the "If you experience a JavaScript cache error or Dreamweaver is not functioning as expected after installation, view our simple instructions on deleting the .dat file. Other help documents on installation, activation and products » - moral of this story is read more first!
