installation error for ecart

Unable to open script file. They are all js errors. A whole page of it. You have to hit ok like four times to get past it. anytime you use any webassist product you have to hit ok like four times. It also happens just opening up Dreamweaver. The top says the following translators were not loaded and then, at the end (error 3). Anyone know how to fix this issue.

What is your Dreamweaver Version?

What version of eCart?

Try going to Window -> Workspace layout -> Reset '<Layout Name>'

ecart problem persists but less errors

I am using cs5 and ecart 5.0.2. The error has been reduced to one instead of a page from trying the above. It says the same as above. The file is WA_Configuration.js (error 3). Says translator was not loaded.

I think this is a related issue being caused by the computer being off line.
