Reversing from Shared SSL to dedicated SSL

So we started out using the hosts shared SSL.
However now we have installed our own.

how do i begin to change this?
I no longer need all that extra code passing the session info over to the shared hosting domain.

Just remove the populate cart form form behavior on the checkout page and change the URL the checkout form on the cart page is posting to.
