UE4 & Form Builder - no form fields submitted

I use UE4 & Form Builder. I receive the Mail, but I get no content from the form fields:
* The "subject" shows up correctly
* "From:" shows the generic server name instead of the Email of the sender
* Message Body does not show up at all, instead I get (source text of email):

Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable

Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8"

Please help

OOps, maybe I misunderstood something

Does it mean that I ALWAYS must tick the box "create a file from your message" or create a file by myself? All I wanted was to submit the form name / content pairs in a text message, something like:

First_Name: SenderFirstName
Last_Name: SenderLastName
Email: SenderEmail
Send me Info ...

The simplest way to get the form elements in the email is to use the create a file from your message option.

this will automatically set the email message to send the form information.

if you do not select that option, then you need to click the DW edit button to design the email.
