Refresh captcha only?

I have a contact form with captcha inside a frameworks builder plug in and I want to have the option on the page to just refresh the captcha image if it is hard to read. How do I do this?

Thank You! Now how can I get the submit button to load the "thankyou.php" page in the plug-in area. As of now it goes to a whole new page which looks bad since it just says "Thank you, someone will respond shortly etc etc"
