Full Catalog Not Showing Up in Internet Explorer

I am using Powerstore 3 for the first time, the site and catalog are complete, the full catalog will not show up in Internet Explorer, any known fixes for this?

make sure that you checked the Item Is Available online option for the items that are not displaying in the catalog.


If that is not the issue, please provide more details and a URL where I can see the issue.

All of the items in the catalog are checked, it works perfect in firefox...

if it works in fire fox, bit not in IE, i would suspect that there is incompatible css on the page.


you should troubleshoot the problem by going through the css and removing a few classes at a time till you find the one that cuases the issue.

would your guess be that the css is in template or the results page?

Ok, looking at the source of your page i see the problem.

it is caused by copying and pasting product info from word.

This is bringing in a lot of bad formatting.


make usr that you are using the past from word tool in the toolbar, it is the clipboard with the w on it.

And make sure to check both options in the past from word dialogue box.
