Products Charts

Hi

My Products_Chart.php and Products_Chart_Results.php pages fail to load their charts if a url variable is passed to them, for example

Products_Chart.php?ProductSKU%5B%5D=K16860&OrderDate1=&OrderDate2=&Search=Search

or

Products_Chart_Results.php?Search.x=1&ProductSKU=K908B

However they would appear to load just fine, if the url variables have been removed. I have replaced the Products_Chart.php and Products_Chart_Results.php pages with copies from the original download, but it made no difference.
I realise this is very little information to go on, but I would appreciate any pointers you might have?

have you tried replacing the DynamicWebCharts folder?

if so, double check that there is sales data for the selected product ID, an empty recordset will be returned if the selected product has never been sold.

Thank you for getting back to me!

I have replaced the DynamicWebCharts folder as suggested, but there was no change. I also made some more test purchases just in case, but again no change.
I am not sure how much help this will be, but using the Firefox browser the charts display part of a error message, I have included a screen shot to show this but just in case it is as follows.

../DynamicWebCharts/Data/Products_Chart_Results_dataparser1.php?GET=Search.x=1§ProductSKU=1269222

Hi

This problem still exists, what is the next step?

I was troubleshooting the issue on the server this afternoon, and the servers connection seams to have been disrupted. I will try again a little later on.
