Problem with updating

I have a results page that has the names uitslagen.php and an update page with the name uitslagen_bravoc.php

The uitslagen.php page shows information about a volleybal game.
The competitionnumber, the league, the home and away team, date and hour.
When you click on update than you can enter the sets for the home and away team.
But when you fill in the fields and then enter update the following error appears on the screen:

What is wrong and how can I fix this?

Im not sure about the other errors, but the last error is caused because the type is not defined in the update record server behavior.

double click the update record server behavior and make sure the type is properly set for each field.

If your still having an issue after setting the type, send a copy of your page.
