CSS Formbuilder

Hi All,

I've tried to use CSS Formbuilder and just get errors from the word go. I have quite a few WebAssist extensions installed on Dreamweaver CS4(Mac). After searching on this forum, I have done the following as per advice:

- Spent hours uninstalling ALL my extensions
- Deleted the cache file in the configuration folder
- Re-installed CSS Formbuilder ONLY

I still get the same errors.

I am really frustrated as I have spent almost $1000 on WebAssist extensions in order to speed up my development. On the contrary, it's come to a halt.

I'm not one to winge and complain as I always try to make sure I haven't done something wrong, missed a step, etc.

I can see the potential in all these extensions, which is why I bought it in the first place. I just want it to work.
Please, can anyone help?

PS - I've attached screenshots. The numbers in the filenames correspond to the order in which the errors occur.

Implode Problem

I have a couple list items where I use IMPLODE and it works fine.

The implode statement does NOT work on this new field that is set up exactly the same way as the others.

$MailBody = $MailBody . ((isset($_POST["Appointment_request_group_Type_of_event[]"]))?implode(", ", $_POST["Appointment_request_group_Type_of_event[]"]):"");
